RETURNS/ REFUNDS

Thank you for choosing to shop our Mama Cheveux brand.

Below highlights our return and exchange policy.
ALL SALES ARE FINAL. We DO NOT accept refunds nor returns. However, if after delivery, you discover that the beauty products you ordered are different from the one delivered (in size, texture, color etc.), please call or email us immediately and send photographic evidence to confirm we have actually delivered a wrong beauty product. If a beauty product delivered to you is not as described on our website on the order confirmation page, or damaged in transit during delivery, the customer should keep the product as it is with the original packaging so we can inspect it and a full refund or exchange will be made. 

Please ensure that all items are returned in their original packaging with their labels intact. In addition, due to sanitary purposes, we WILL NOT be accepting any exchange of products that have been tampered with.

CANCELLATION OF ORDERS
We allow our customers ONLY 24 hours for any cancellation of orders in order to receive FULL refund. Orders CAN'T be cancelled after 24 hours and orders WILL be processed then shipped out.

SHIPPING POLICY
PROCESSING TIME

We take pride in serving our customers the BEST of the BEST. Therefore, the processing time is 1 or 2 business days. Orders placed on the weekend will be shipped the following week.

Once orders have been processed, tracking numbers will be sent to the email provided. If you have NOT received an email via inbox, please check your spam folder and ENSURE that 4 business days have passed before contacting us due to short delays we may occasionally experience during the processing time.

Please note that US/International small packaging does not provide tracking. If you choose this method of shipping, then you are liable if you do not receive your products and we are not responsible for any refund or product replacement.

SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

We are a CANADA based company. As a result we ship with CANADA POST. For orders to the US, Canada Post handles the package up to customs, after which the package is handed over to USPS to deliver to our customers.

LOST/ STOLEN PACKAGES

We are NOT responsible for any STOLEN or LOST packages. You will NOT receive a REFUND and your order will NOT be REPLACED. We have provided you with a tracking number. It is your RESPONSIBILITY to stay up to date with the movement of your package until delivery.
